  3. Track Your Progress: Keep a journal or use apps to record accomplishments. This not only keeps you accountable but also motivates you as you see progress. And do the happy dance too!

  4. Reward Yourself: Celebrate your achievements, no matter how small. This reinforces positive behavior and keeps you motivated.


Implementing these steps can be challenging at first, but you've got this. You're smart, and you learned to brush your teeth; you can learn anything!
