It is a grounded, soul-centered experience designed to help you quiet the noise, trust yourself again, and live with clarity. Guided by intuition and backed by brain science, this approach is reshaping how successful women grow personally and professionally.

It's freaking magic, I tell ya!

If you’ve ever wondered how to harness your mental fitness and emotional resilience to unlock your full potential, this post is for you. Let’s dive into what the PQ Assessment is, how it works, and why my unique approach is making waves.

What is the PQ Assessment for Growth?

The PQ Assessment, or Positive Intelligence Quotient, measures the strength of your mental fitness. Think of it as a way to gauge how well your mind supports you versus how often it sabotages your progress. It’s not about IQ or EQ alone, but a blend that helps you understand your internal saboteurs and your sage - the wise, calm, and clear part of you.

I have over 25 years of experience and have crafted a soulful yet scientific approach, and I love this assessment. I help women leaders and business owners tap into their intuition while using brain science to back their decisions. The PQ Assessment is like the perfect assistant who wants everyone to succeed and it is about building mental muscles that allow you to:

  • Reduce stress and overwhelm

  • Increase focus and clarity

  • Make decisions with confidence

  • Align your heart, mind, and intuition

This isn’t just theory. It’s practical, actionable, and designed for busy women who want results without fluff.

How Does the PQ Assessment Work?

The Saboteur assessment, as it is also referred to, is a scientifically validated tool that measures your mental fitness by identifying the frequency and intensity of your internal saboteurs. These saboteurs are the voices in your head that create doubt, fear, and resistance. The test also highlights your sage powers; the parts of your brain that foster empathy, curiosity, and calm.

Here’s how it works in practice:

  1. Take the Assessment: The test consists of a series of questions that reveal your mental patterns.

  2. Identify Saboteurs: You learn which saboteurs are most active in your mind. Common saboteurs include the Judge, the Controller, the Pleaser, and the Avoider.

  3. Activate Your Sage: You discover how to shift from saboteur-driven reactions to sage-driven responses.

  4. Practice PQ Exercises: These exercises help you build mental fitness by strengthening your sage and weakening saboteurs.

I feel my approach is unique because I combine this brain science with a soul-centered experience. I guide you to listen deeply to your intuition while using practical tools to rewire your brain for success. Beautifully honored and integrated with concrete steps to help.

What are some PQ exercises?

Building your Positive Intelligence Quotient is like training a muscle. The more you practice, the stronger your mental fitness becomes. Here are some practical PQ exercises that Positive Intellegice and I recommend,

1. The 10-Second Stare

  • Find something in your environment that attracts you.

  • Look at it for 10 seconds.

  • What do you like about it? What is calling you? Are you curious how it came to be?

  • Take a breath and appreciate yourself for giving your brain a break.

This simple exercise helps interrupt saboteur-driven stress and brings you back to the present moment.

2. Sage Perspective Shift

  • When you notice a negative thought, pause.

  • Ask yourself: What would my wise self say right now?

  • Imagine responding with empathy, curiosity, or calm.

  • Write down the sage response.

This helps you reframe challenges and make decisions from a place of clarity.

3. Gratitude Pause

  • Take a moment to list three things you’re grateful for.

  • Feel the positive emotions associated with each.

  • Let this gratitude anchor you in positivity.

Gratitude is a powerful tool for weakening saboteurs and strengthening your sage. And yes, it can be the excellent coffee you are drinking, the pillow you rest your head on, or the fact you woke up today. Don't make it harder or think it has to be deeper. It doesn't.

4. Body Awareness Check-In

  • Close your eyes and scan your body from head to toe.

  • Notice any tension or discomfort.

  • Breathe into those areas and release tension.

This exercise connects your mind and body, helping you stay grounded and intuitive.

5. Saboteur Naming

  • Identify which saboteur is active (e.g., Judge, Controller).

  • Name it out loud or in your mind.

  • Remind yourself it’s just a part of your mind, not the whole truth. I call my judge my inner biotch and laugh when I say that. It releases tension to remember that it isn't in charge; my consciousness is.

Naming saboteurs reduces their power and helps you regain control.

These exercises are quick and easy, perfect for busy women who want to integrate mental fitness into their daily routine.

Why Integrate Intuition with Intelligence and Heart?

Successful women often rely heavily on logic and intellect to make decisions. But what if you could add a third dimension - intuition - to your decision-making toolkit? Integrating intuition with intelligence and heart creates a powerful synergy that leads to:

  • Deeper clarity: Intuition often picks up on subtle cues that logic misses.

  • Greater confidence: When your heart and mind align, decisions feel right on a deeper level.

  • Enhanced creativity: Intuition sparks innovative ideas and solutions.

  • Improved leadership: Leading with heart and mind inspires trust and connection.

I hope this process helps you cultivate this integration by combining brain science with soulful practices. It’s about trusting yourself again, your inner wisdom, your gut feelings, and your emotional intelligence.

This integration is especially valuable for women in leadership roles who face complex decisions daily. It’s not about abandoning logic but enriching it with the wisdom of your whole self.
