A guided 8-week Positive Intelligence® group for women ready to quiet mental noise and stay self-led in real life.

Living in Clarity is an 8-week group experience grounded in the Positive Intelligence® framework, where we work directly with the Saboteur-to-Sage model to reduce mental patterns that create self-doubt, overthinking, and inner conflict.

Using the well-established Positive Intelligence curriculum and app for daily practice, we train your mind to recognize Saboteurs as patterns, not truths, and strengthen access to intuition: the calm, clear guidance that’s available when mental noise is no longer in charge.

My role is to guide this work in real time, helping you integrate the practices into your actual life and decisions, and supporting the development of the self-trust needed to act on what you know.

This isn’t about creating insight.


It’s about building the mental and intuitive capacity to stay clear when life gets real — and yes, often with more ease and humor than expected.

Who This Is For

Living in Clarity is for women who are thoughtful, self-aware, and internally driven, yet still find their minds get loud when decisions need to be made.

This is for you if:

  • You experience a lot of self-doubt, even though you’re not new to personal growth.

  • You sense what’s right for you, then second-guess it or talk yourself out of it.

  • Your intuition is present, but your mind argues faster.

  • You’re tired of overthinking and want clarity you can rely on.

  • You want a grounded, intelligent approach and not hype, bypassing, or fixing.

  • You’re ready to stop negotiating with your own knowing.

  • You value honesty, humor, and depth in a group setting.

  • You’re willing to practice self-trust instead of waiting to feel “ready.”

You don’t need to be confident.
You don’t need to have it figured out.
You need to be willing to show up and work with what’s actually happening.

This May Not Be For You if…

  • You’re looking for quick fixes or motivational coaching.

  • You want someone else to tell you what to do.

  • You’re not open to daily practice using the Positive Intelligence app.

  • You’re unwilling to engage in a group process. (One on one coaching may be a better fit.)

  • You want certainty before you’re willing to take action.

This work doesn’t turn you into someone else.

 

It helps you become steadier in who you already are. Clarity stops being something you reach for and starts being something you live from.

 

As the Saboteurs quiet, intuition becomes easier to trust. Women who have participated, notice:

Joy and ease aren’t forced here. They show up naturally when clarity and self-trust are online, sometimes with a bit more humor and lightness than expected.

How the 8 Weeks Flow

 

Living in Clarity is structured, supportive, and lived, not something you'll consume on your own.

Each week includes:

• Weekly guided group sessions

We meet live to explore the Positive Intelligence framework together, work directly with the Saboteur-to-Sage model, and apply it to real situations you’re navigating. This is where clarity gets normalized and practiced out loud.

• Daily mental fitness practice through the Positive Intelligence app
You’ll use the science-backed app for short, daily practices that train your mind to recognize Saboteurs as patterns, not truths, thereby strengthening your access to wisdom and intuition.

• Intuitive integration
Alongside the PQ work, I weave in intuitive discernment, helping you recognize what’s true for you and build the self-trust to act from it, not just understand it.

 

• Real-life application
This work is meant to reflect your actual life, relationships, decisions, work, and timing, not to stay theoretical. We come back each week to integrate what’s working and adjust what isn’t.

I am available through the app, email, or voxxer between classes. 

You’re not doing this alone.


The group becomes a space where self-doubt is met without shame, clarity is practiced without pressure, and progress is made through consistency rather than intensity.
