As an intuitive coach, I integrate soulful insight, Positive Intelligence®, and practical strategies to help you shift from uncertainty into clear, joyful, and a life that feels deeply right for you.

I believe a values-led life isn’t just something we profess to live—it’s a soul mission. My business, my relationships, and my sense of self wouldn’t stand without the foundation of my core values. I don’t just talk about them—I check in with them daily, because they steer everything from the way I coach to the way I show up in the world.

I believe when we cross over—transition, pass on, or yes, kick the proverbial bucket—we’ll get the privilege (or the cringe) of watching our own highlight reel. And my hope? That mine is full of light, laughter, lessons, and love. That I lived in alignment. That I didn’t just teach values—I lived them and drank plenty of good coffee.

Intuition
Why it matters…
Intuition is the inner compass that guides us toward truth, alignment, and the life we are so blessed to live. It’s a quiet but powerful force that brings clarity when the noise of the world—and our own minds—gets too loud. There is no noise canceling here…we create clarity.
My why…
I love helping clients strengthen their intuitive connection through coaching, reflection, and intentional practice. I always honor their inner knowing, the innate wisdom we are born with, often called 'gut feeling' or 'instinct.' Sometimes, I have to help connect that inner knowing due to life experiences or societal influences. Hello childhood, when the adults didn’t listen.
Empathy
Why it matters:
Empathy is not just a feeling; it's a catalyst for transformation. When we feel truly understood, we begin to trust ourselves more deeply. This trust paves the way for lasting change, filling our journey with optimism and mental fitness.
My why…
I meet every client where they are, without judgment or agenda. My work creates a safe space where emotions are honored, experiences are validated, and self-compassion becomes a natural part of expansion. I’ll believe in you until you take over, and we will celebrate your brilliance together. *insert happy dancing
Honesty
Why it matters…
Honesty, especially with ourselves, is the key to unlocking our potential. It's the foundation of growth, liberating us from patterns that don’t serve us. With honesty, we gain the freedom to live authentically, feeling empowered and free.
My why…
I lead with truth, even when it can seem uncomfortable. In coaching sessions, courses, and content, I speak directly, compassionately, and with integrity. That means I will provide honest feedback, ask challenging questions, and encourage you to understand and face hard truths about yourself—always in service of your clarity and empowerment. Clear is kind. Delivery is divine.
Humor
Why it matters…
Laughter is not just a sound; it's a healing force. It lightens heavy moments, builds connection, and reminds us of the joy that's inherent in being human. It reminds us that life doesn’t always have to be so serious. After all, joy is the frequency of your soul, and you deserve to feel that in your human experience, too!
My why…
I bring warmth and wit to the work, blending personal stories, playful moments, and a healthy dose of humor into every session and offering. For instance, I might use humor to lighten a heavy moment or to help you see a situation from a different perspective. Growth is sacred, but we don’t have to be serious to be reverent. No suffering while I’m on duty!
