  • Saboteurs Interceptor Muscle: Saboteurs are responsible for all negative emotions such as stress, anxiety, self-doubt, anger, avoidance, procrastination, insensitivity, and discontent.

  • Sage Muscle: The Sage represents your inner wisdom, responding to challenges with clarity, calm, and positive emotions, tapping into your five primary powers.

  • Self-Command Muscle: Gaining full command of your mind allows you to silence the Saboteurs within, increase intuition, and the joy of being human. If you had total control, you'd choose quiet over internal conflict. Especially if you knew it was fairly easy to attain.

Setting up new routines to break automatic habits can be tough.

Expect your mind to resist these changes, leading to plenty of "oh my goodness" moments. It's like picking up a new sport—challenges are frequent, and you might feel the equivalent of sore muscles.

These are crucial for your learning and growth. Remember, don't let your Judge criticize or discourage you for imperfect practice during this initial phase. It’s all part of the transformative process!

Spending a week focused on the harsh Judge Saboteur can be uncomfortable. As you pay more attention, it may seem like your Judge is becoming more noticeable and active. However, this intense focus is essential.

It allows you to expose, discredit, and diminish this persistent internal adversary.

Embracing this discomfort is a powerful step towards freeing yourself from its grip and moving closer to true mental fitness.

This week, your daily focus exercises were specifically tailored to confront your main Saboteur. It’s unrealistic to expect that just a week of practice can undo years of entrenched habits.

However, as you grow more aware of this Saboteur’s characteristics, you might find you’re noticing it more often. This isn’t a sign that the Saboteur is gaining strength—rather, it’s proof that you’re becoming better at identifying it, a crucial step in your journey to mental fitness.

We start practicing the Sage Power of Empathy, particularly towards ourselves. Many high achievers constantly deplete themselves by being overly critical, misled by their Saboteurs into believing that harsh self-criticism is beneficial.

Cultivating empathy for yourself is an effective antidote to this falsehood. It’s like watering your own garden first—nourishing your soul so you can bloom fully and contribute to the world around you without wilting.

This week’s practice might be tough for many. Cultivating deep empathy for yourself is challenging because your Saboteurs have conditioned you to be self-critical. I'll be here to help you along the way!

You’ll recognize strong Empathize muscles when you feel a deep, unconditional affection for yourself whenever you look in the mirror. You’ll start appreciating your true, unchanging essence rather than focusing on the superficial aspects that your Judge critiques.

In just six weeks, you'll be amazed by how much you've grown, even through the inevitable ups and downs. It's like spending six weeks building a set of powerful tools—each one designed to help you navigate life with greater clarity, resilience, and strength.

This is your moment to celebrate how far you've come and fully embrace the skills you've developed.
