Harnessing Intuition for Business Success: Why Business Owners Hire Me
I knew from a very young age that any work I would do would have to have variety. While as a person, I am not hyperactive, my intuitive brain is.
Can you relate?
I believe that’s what makes me good at my work. I can process dozens of things simultaneously, and it all makes sense. Well, it does now after years of learning how to decipher the information and have it line up accordingly.
As an intuitive consultant, I provide fresh insights into decision-making processes. We can go beyond traditional analysis, exploring intuitive insights that inform existing decision-making frameworks. One can make more informed choices by utilizing intuitive abilities, mitigating risks, and propelling your business toward success.
“What the heck did you just say, Vicki?”
All that fancy talk is to say, my movie screen and downloads clarify direction for my clients and save them boku bucks.
We also enjoy the process because I bring the energy of possibilities and fun.
When I left my employed by others job, I consulted for home care agencies as a bridge to the full-time intuitive reading world. I worked as an intuitive medium for many years until I started noticing I had more clients with business questions. I loved it. I still love it.
When someone owns or runs a business, the responsibilities can drown out the creativity, and the reason they started the company or the mission can be lost.
One of the saddest things to me is when someone who is gifted at their work feels like they aren’t enough, they aren’t a good leader, or they haven’t got what it takes to be successful.
I can’t speak for all business coaches, but for me, it is a mission to help those in charge feel heard so they can listen to their employees, partners, and customers. I think there is a misconception that those who have businesses, who are executives, doctors, CEO’s, etc. have it all figured out. I know I don’t, but I also know that’s ok.
My goal as an intuitive business consultant is to bring humanity, strategy, the systems (oh my goodness, do I love a system!), and the empathy needed so personal growth happens. When these components are present, their service is one in alignment and fanfreakingtastic!
Can you imagine a world where companies are filled with people who feel valued? That starts at the top, which is why I did the episode this week for the podcast about hiring an intuitive consultant for your business.
If you don’t have a business, the same could apply to your household or volunteer organizations, but if that is still not the case and you’ve read this far, thank you! Maybe you have a friend who needs to read this, and you could forward it to them.
Wishing you a day filled with inspiration and insightful discoveries!
Best,
Vicki
